Preparing Globally Competitive Students for College, Careers and Life
NPS' Career and Technical Education (CTE) program provides students with an array of rigorous and relevant education options and opportunities that support their college and career readiness journeys. CTE courses and activities are offered at each of the high schools, middle schools, elementary schools, K-8 settings, the Norfolk Technical Center, and NPS auxiliary sites.
All of our CTE programs, which are aligned with the National Career Clusters® Model, integrate academic and technical content while providing real-world experiences. Each program is based on national and statewide research that allows us to prepare our students for high-skill, high-demand, and high-wage postsecondary endeavors. Partners in the business and higher education sectors help ensure success for our CTE programs and students.
