    Dear Cougar Family,

We would like to thank everyone for coming out to our STEM Night on Tuesday, October 22nd. Mark your calendars and plan to attend the Literacy Family Night in November. Your support and participation at Coleman Place Elementary is greatly appreciated.

District Benchmark Assessments: Be sure to view the school calendar so you don’t miss anything! The District Benchmark Assessments (DBAs) will be administered to scholars in grades 2nd-5th beginning Thursday, November 1st and will continue through Friday, November 9th. The resulting outcomes will be used to develop individual intervention plans to support scholars academic needs. It is very important that our scholars are here to take these assessments. Please help your child in their preparations by encouraging them to do their best, making sure they arrive to school on time with a good attitude, and are well rested. We appreciate your help at home. Having the school and parents teaming together will lead to our scholars having the best chance of finding success!
