Registration 2024-2025

Calcott is accepting enrollment appointments Monday through Thursday by appointment only.  Please call ahead to schedule and follow the steps below before making an appointment.   

The first step in the registration process is to determine what school your child is zoned to attend by using the Find My School link on NPS Website. Next, visit Mary Calcott’s website to download and print the registration packet, you may also pick up a packet from our school. On the front of the packet is a checklist of all required documents to complete registration.   

• Birth Certificate  
• Proof of Address (lease/mortgage statement or current utility bill)  
• Physical (dated within 12 months of beginning kindergarten)  
• Up-To-Date Immunizations  
• Completed Registration Packet  

Once you have all required documents, you can call the school (757) 531-3039 or email Ms. Jodi McLennon jmclennon404@nps.k12.va.us to make an appointment.   

Note that registration appointments will not be made without all completed required documents.
