• The NPS Purchases & Supply Department is responsible for purchasing and/or contracting all supplies, materials, equipment & contractual services required by the school division, in accordance with federal & state codes, school board policies, & the NPS Procurement Manual & procedures.  It is the policy of NPS to encourage full & open competition, centralized purchasing when economies can be realized, & see the maximum educational value for every dollar expended.  The Purchases & Supply Department manages all aspects of the following:

    2. Cost savings through competition
    3. Management of District Purchase Card Program
    4. Textbook Inventory and Procurement Management
    5. Vendor Relations
    6. Surplus Property Sales
    7. e-Procurement Systems
