NPS encourages the use of schools by community groups, organizations, and individuals. Interested individuals or groups should first determine which school facility they would like to use, and then fill out an application form. The application should be submitted directly to the school, where the principal approves or denies the request. If approved, the principal will submit the application to the Norfolk Public Schools Accounting Department for final approval.
The Accounting Department will contact the applicant with rental fees, which are due two weeks prior to the date requested for usage. The fees should be submitted to the Accounting Department, School Administration Building, Room P-03, 800 E. City Hall Avenue Norfolk, VA. 23510.
