    Voiance Interpretation Resources

Norfolk Public Schools has access to a language interpretation service called Voiance.  This service eliminates communication barriers between non-English speaking families and district staff.

    Who has access to Voiance?

All schools, NPS offices, teachers, administrators, and employees with direct contact with families have access to Voiance. If you have questions, your ESL teachers and office staff should be able to assist you. To access Voiance, you need the account number, individual school PIN number, and Student Identification Number.  The ESL Office, school location administration staff, and your ESL Teacher should have this information. If you are a family member in need of services, please request this free assistance by locating the the Point to Your Language Poster and selecting your language.
