Family Engagement

The Department of Early Learning & Title is excited to continue our dynamic Family Engagement program. To help students achieve and maintain academic success, Norfolk Public Schools and each Title I school actively promote strong family engagement. Each Title I school plans various activities throughout the school year to assist in the engagement and involvement of families. Be on the lookout for family engagement activities at your child's school and connect with your school's Family Engagement Specialist. This year there will be a special focus on literacy, attendance, and accountability. All family engagement activities will be aligned with these focus areas to support our students' success. We look forward to your active participation in making this a great year for our students!
