Due to the forecast of below freezing temperatures that will continue through the late morning hours tomorrow along with other inclement weather conditions resulting from Norfolk’s recent snowfall, please be advised that Norfolk Public Schools will be closed on Friday, January 24, 2025.  Numerous secondary roads continue to present concerns for our school buses to safely navigate.

Essential personnel will be provided instructions from their supervisors regarding expectations to secure and maintain facilities.

The NPS administration will continue to monitor weather conditions throughout the evening and throughout the day tomorrow.  Updated information will be provided to staff and our families via email, the NPS website, Facebook, Twitter, and Channel 47.  The school division will additionally provide updates via BlackBoard voicemail messages and text messages.
