Norfolk Public Schools has partnered with Community Classroom to provide services for designated Equity & Excellence Learning Center (EELC) campuses.

Community Classroom is a collaboration of faith-based organizations, non-profits and businesses that provide Character, Life-Readiness and Values-Based Services.

Those services include Parent Engagement and Education programs at the EELCs. Each Parent Connection seeks to Empower Families, Build Trust and Grow Hope.
