Hello! I am a Norfolk native and attended Larchmont, Blair and Maury. I graduated from Randolph Macon College with a Sociology degree and then went on to get my masters in teaching at Old Dominion University. I have taught grades k-4 and now teach third grade Reading!

I am married and have two children. Bennett is in graduate school at Old Dominion and my daughter graduated from Washington and Lee University and now works for the nonprofit ForKids. I have two dogs named Teddy and Annabelle. They love to play fetch and sleep.

I love to go to the beach and read books. My husband and I like to watch movies. I’m excited for the new school year!
