    Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! We are thrilled to have you back, as we get ready to embark on new and exciting educational endeavors

    This year Larchmont’s emphasis will remain on the Drive for Five, an initiative created, last year, by our superintendent.Dr. Sharon Byrdsong, which focuses on five goals for achieving equity and excellence for all students

    The Larchmont staff will continue their conversations about equity in the classroom and the overall culture of the school, in order to ensure that all students, regardless of race, economic status, gender, or ability, will get the quality education they deserve from each teacher in the school.  Our aim to is incorporate equitable practices academically, as well as socially and emotionally.    With that in mind, the teachers and staff will continue to emphasize social/emotional learning.  We will seek to inspire our students in all aspects of their lives.
