Junior Year Student Checklist for College Preparation:
- Junior Night is Monday, April 7th at 6pm here at Granby. Register Today!
- During the months of December, School Counselors met with students to complete and update Major Clarity, select senior classes and discuss future plans for after graduation. If you are a junior and did not meet with your School Counselor stop by to schedule an appointment.
- Make a list of important factors that you are looking for in a college and start to narrow down your list of colleges. Use these tools: Student Opportunities Book and Junior Checklist.
- Interested in taking an advanced placement course? To learn about connecting AP courses to college majors and careers and explore the relationship between AP courses Click Here

- Get to know your friendly ACCESS advisor and visit the Access Website to apply for fee waivers and more!
- Volunteering makes your college/employment applications stand out. It also provides a healthy boost to your self-confidence, self-esteem, and life satisfaction. Your role as a volunteer can also give you a sense of pride and identity. Students should keep a record of their volunteer hours with this Granby Service Log and our new Google Form
