    Newport News Shipbuilders Opportunity 

    Sponsored by Ingalls Shipbuilding, in partnership with CHROME (chrome.org), a local STEM Agency, and both Infinite 8 Institute (PreApprenticeship), and Infinite 8 Industries (Commercial Quantum-AI Work Experience), who have come together to offer a Quantum and AI Pre-Apprenticeship Bootcamp online, and Free of Charge. Students will learn Quantum Computing, AI (Avatars/GenAI Code Development), API Development and User Interfaces (Huggingface/Streamlit), Dual Use Tech Regs, and Quantum-AI Career Counseling. Weekly study halls over Zoom are staffed and led by myself, an accomplished AI-Quantum Engineer, to provide Hands-on and experiential learning. Students will form mock Startups to ideate Quantum Software for Ship Navigation and Shipbuilding Automation, while learning beginner/intermediate Linux Bash, Qiskit, and Python coding. 
     
    Prior courses co-facilitated by Ean Mikale, include MITxPro Robotics for Everyone, as well as having co-facilitated Blockchain, AI, and Data Visualization online coursework at Columbia University, in partnership with Emeritis. He is also the Chair of the IEEE Hybrid Quantum-inspired Internet Protocol Group, creating standards for the next generation of the Internet. And he has discovered numerous successfully peer-reviewed Dark Matter particles as a Quantum Physicist.
