Students are expected to attend school on a regular basis, unless otherwise excused in accordance with School Board policy or regulation (See Policy JED Student Absences/Excuses/Dismissals). If a student does not attend school for at  least a portion of the day, he/she is counted absent for that day.  During a school year, it includes virtual and/or intermittent face-to-face instructional sessions.

If your son/daughter has missed school please email your child's doctor/excuse note to asknorthside@nps.k12.va.us
