NORTHSIDE MIDDLE SCHOOL'S SAFE RETURN TO SCHOOL RESOURCE PAGE 

On Wednesday, February 17, 2021, the City of Norfolk’s School Board unanimously approved the division’s updated plan for a return to in-person learning and operations. Norfolk Public Schools will implement this plan in accordance with the Virginia Department of Education’s (VDOE) updated and consolidated Interim Guidance for Reopening PreK-12 Schools released on January 14, 2021, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) latest recommendations for an Operational Strategy for K-12 Schools through Phased Mitigation.
