Norfolk Public Schools and the Norfolk Department of Public Health are providing required back-to-school immunizations for rising 7th and 12th graders beginning Thursday, April 20, 2023, through Friday, April 28, 2023. Vaccination clinics will be held at middle and high schools during designated school hours. Look for information and consent forms sent home with students beginning April 17.  Parents must sign and return consent forms to school for the student to receive selected vaccinations.  Parents may visit www.npsk12.com and scroll down to District News for consent forms and clinic dates and times.

• April 21, Southside STEM Academy, Ruffner Middle School  
• April 24, Lake Taylor School  
• April 25, International Studies at Rosemont, Academy for Discovery at Lakewood, Ghent School  
• April 26, Northside Middle School  
• April 27, Azalea Gardens Middle School  
• April 28, Norview Middle School  
• Blair Middle School: TBD
