Registration is by appointment only.

After you have completely filled out the appropriate application for your scholar(s) and gathered any required documentation.

If you would like to complete a paper registration packet, please select a date and time by clicking the link below to submit your registration packet.  At the time of your appointment, you will need the following items. 

• Birth Certificate
• Proof of address (one of the following)
  • Current lease* (No more than 30 days old)
  • Current Mortgage* (No more than 30 days old)
  • Current Utility bill* (No more than 30 days old)
• Current Shot Record and Physical 
  • Physicals are only good for 1 calendar year.
• Completed Registration packet
  • Registration packet must be completed before arriving to your appointment time.

K Registration

1-5 Registration

Only completed registration packets will be taken at the conclusion of the appointment.  Incomplete registration packets will be given back to the parent to complete, and a new appointment time will be needed.
