Mrs. Valencia W. Moore, Principal

Greetings Everyone!

My name is Valencia W. Moore, and I am the extremely proud Principal of Lindenwood Elementary School, home of the Panthers! When Panthers R.O.A.R., our school soars. We are on a path to greatness, but we can’t continue this journey without support from our parents, community stakeholders, and business partners. Our mantras, “Yes we can!” and “Ain’t no stopping us now!” are alive and well, but in order to continue the drive to greatness, we must keep a laser light focus on improving attendance and literacy at our school.

I am a native of Norfolk, Virginia, a product of Norfolk Public Schools, and a graduate of Norfolk State and Old Dominion Universities. I have a long tenure, 45 years to be exact, in the field of education and I know the importance of perseverance and hard work.  The Lindenwood faculty, staff, and students, are all in for student achievement and we “JUST CAN’T HIDE OUR PANTHER PRIDE!”
