It is truly an honor and a privilege to serve you as your Assistant Principal of the P. B. Young Sr. Elementary School.  My name is Phillip Hawkins, Jr. and I am so excited to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year!  

 

I am here to serve your children in their quest and journey to learn and grow.  Our goal is that every child receives a world-class education here at our school and beyond, no matter what.  I oversee Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports Programs (PBIS), School Attendance, Student Discipline, and Special Education Services. At P.B. Young, Sr. Elementary, We will continue our commitment to equality and excellence for all students "NO MATTER WHAT!"
