• Masks ARE REQUIRED to be worn at ALL TIMES.
• Temperature checks and COVID-19 symptom checks will be done at the front gym door. If any symptoms of COVID-19 are reported, or a temperature 100.4 or greater, you will be asked to leave. Only people exiting the vehicle will have to be screened.
• Once screened you will be given a ticket to give to the athletic trainers conducting blood pressure testing. Anyone exiting a vehicle without a ticket will be asked to leave.
• Vehicles will be asked to drop off your child and park in the gym parking lot. Parents are to wait for their child to return.
• Physical forms should be downloaded and filled out upon arrival. Go to nps.k12.va.us/athletics to print off a physical form.
• Money will be collected when your child gets out to have blood pressure and vision tested.
• Maintain Social Distancing at all times: 6 ft.
• Use Hand sanitizer prior to getting your BP and seeing Physician. Use Hand sanitizer when exiting.

*All NPS staff will be practicing safety parameters set by the CDC and state of VA. All materials used will be properly sanitized after each use. *
