Two Norfolk Public Elementary Schools Receive Recognition from Board of Education

Congratulations to the Eagles of Tidewater Park Elementary and the Knights of P. B. Young, Sr. Elementary for receiving the 2020 Board of Education's Continuous Improvement Award.
