Questions about P-EBT? Please contact Norfolk Public Schools’ Department of School Nutrition at 757-628-2760.

Also, please be aware of the following important information from our hardworking School Nutrition hunger heroes:

  • Free meals for children 18 and under are distributed Mon- Fri, from 3-5 PM at 34 meal distribution sites.  This includes a hot meal, plus breakfast, lunch and snack for the next day.  Meals can be picked up by children or adults at any open site.  To request an alternate pick up time, please contact the School Nutrition Manager at school where you would like to pick up.  For those who cannot come every day, multiple days of food may be provided, upon request.

  • Effective NOW: the meal program at Blair has moved to Maury.
  • Weekend meals are back!  Sites distributing meals will offer three days of food on Fridays.
  • Effective October 5th, a choice of entrées will be offered for lunch and supper.
  • NPS will participate in Farm to School Week, October 5-9th.  Locally-sourced produce will be featured on the menus at every location and activities will include “Crunch Around the Commonwealth.”
