Strategy 1:
Develop and implement sustainable retention programs, services, and incentives for staff in hard-to-fill subjects, schools, and support staff roles.

Strategically recruit and develop school and division staff who meet the needs of each student served.

Develop a compensation plan that is regionally competitive.

Develop and implement a comprehensive professional development process that builds the capacity of all NPS employees.
