Increase the percentage of students graduating on time using the four-year Virginia On-Time Graduation Rate (OGR).

The percentage of students in the “all students” group graduating on time using the four-year Virginia On-Time Graduation Rate will increase from 84.8% in 2022 to 90% in 2027.
