Who do I contact when I have a question or concern?
The Norfolk Public School’s communication protocol helps to promote efficient, respectful, and appropriate interactions. The communication protocol starts with the staff member closest to the situation, as that person will usually have the most first-hand information. At times, additional personnel may be required to resolve specific situations. The Appropriate escalation models are listed below by area of concern. Only unresolved matters may require escalation.
