Jeff Rose, Ed.D., is a nationally respected, student-centered education leader with 27 years of experience leading large, diverse school systems and advancing district improvement at the local, state, and national levels. Having served as superintendent in three districts across Georgia and Oregon, he brings a proven record of improving student outcomes, closing achievement gaps, strengthening graduation rates, and stewarding complex, billion-dollar budgets with integrity and transparency. - Launched and led The Leadership Circle, a national superintendent support model, now having served over 500 superintendents/district leaders throughout the United States.
- Creator and former host of Leader Chat, engaging the top educational researchers and leaders such as: Linda Darling-Hammond, Andy Hargreaves, Michael Fuan, Robert Marzano, Tony Wagner, Bill Daggett, Shane Safir, Richard Ingersoll, Karin Chenoweth, Doug Fisher, Beverly Daniel Tatum, and many more. Also, leadership experts, such as: John Maxwell, Arthur Brooks, Daniel Pink, Amanda Ripley, Tim Elmore, Craig Dowden, Liz Wiseman, and more.
- Raised ACT scores and participation to record highs in Fulton County; led districtwide improvement that reduced failing schools by 64%.
- Passed Oregon’s largest education bond (Beaverton), and led the district to outperform all comparable systems in academic outcomes across all student groups.
- Founded and scaled Leading Ed Solutions, later acquired by Cognia; managed full integration into a national leadership development portfolio.
- Delivered keynotes at national conferences including the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA); recognized for cross-sector leadership.
- Served as Board Member for Junior Achievement of Georgia; adjunct professor at Lewis & Clark College.
