Family engagement is a collaborative, strengths-based process in which educators, families, and students work together to build positive, goal-oriented relationships. It is a shared responsibility that values mutual respect, recognizing the unique roles and strengths each participant brings.

ESL family engagement specialists facilitate ongoing parental support and workshops to provide families with practical strategies and school resources to enhance parenting skills and support their child’s educational success.
