Norfolk Public Schools Web Technologies Team
The Web Technologies department is responsible for the development, design, and maintenance of the Norfolk Public Schools Internet and Intranet sites. The Web Technologies Office works with all departments and schools within the district to insure a comprehensive flow of information to our public and internal customers through the NPS website and web-based platforms. Parents are encouraged to visit their child's school website to stay in the know. Access to any of the school websites can be achieved through the front page of the NPS website. There are great advances being made in the information provided through the Norfolk Public Schools websites, so be sure to visit the sites often.

Social Media Standards
Norfolk Public Schools is committed to community engagement. Social media provides an excellent opportunity for the school division and the community to interact and share information. NPS maintains a Facebook page (www.facebook.com/NorfolkPublicSchools), Twitter feed (@NPSchools) and YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/npsk12va).
NPS welcomes appropriate, constructive dialogue via social media. However, NPS reserves the right to moderate the conversation. Examples of comments that may be removed include those that contain profanity, racism or ethnic slurs, hate speech, threats, personal attacks, inaccuracies, or other content that may be deemed inappropriate for an audience that includes children.
