Welcome to the Norfolk Public Schools Lottery and Specialty Programs Survey!
Norfolk Public Schools is seeking your input to help improve our specialty programs and expand access and opportunities for students across the division. Beginning May 15, 2026, families, students, and staff will have the opportunity to complete a Specialty Program Survey to provide feedback and suggestions regarding our current programs and practices.
Whether your child currently participates in a specialty program, is interested in applying to one in the future, or you simply want to share your perspective, we encourage you to complete the survey. Your feedback will help ensure we continue meeting the needs of our students and families while strengthening opportunities for access, innovation, and student success.
Survey links and QR codes will be shared through the Norfolk Public Schools Facebook page, district website, and school websites for convenient access. Thank you for taking the time to share your voice and support the continued growth of our specialty programs.”

Virginia Speak Up Survey | School Implementation Planning
Virginia Speak Up is a confidential opportunity for students, staff, administrators, and families to share feedback on technology and learning. The feedback will help inform local planning and contribute to state and national insights.
The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) and the Virginia Society for Technology in Education (VSTE) worked with Project Tomorrow to create surveys for different groups. These surveys collect feedback about how technology is used in schools.
VDOE uses the results to track progress on Virginia’s Educational Technology Plan. VSTE uses the feedback to improve training for educators, making sure it matches their needs, challenges, and classroom practices.
