DRIVER EDUCATION – BEHIND THE WHEEL

Dates for Driver Education Behind-the-Wheel are listed below: There will be two (2) classes each day for seven (7) days.  Each class will be two (2) hours (7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)

Session I:                         June 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, & July 1
Session II:                        July 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
Session III:                       July 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, & 22

Students can register for Driver Education Behind-the-Wheel on Friday, June 13, 2008, from 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m., Lake Taylor High School.  Students must bring their credit sheets or certificates of completion (green cards) as proof of passing Classroom Driver Education.  They must have their learners’ permit prior to the beginning class - NO EXCEPTIONS.  Driver Education Behind-the-Wheel student must attend every day of instruction - NO ABSENCES ARE PERMITTED.

CLASSROOM DRIVER EDUCATION INSTRUCTION (DrED Class- F55)
Registration for Classroom Driver Education Instruction (DrEdClass - F55) will be the same as for other academic summer school courses.   NO ABSENCES ARE PERMITTED in classroom driver education. This course is ONLY OFFERED THE FIRST SEMESTER of summer school (June 23-July 11, 2008).
