The Department of Pupil Personnel Services serves students and their legal guardians, school administrators, and other internal and external publics in matters of enrollment, custody/guardianship, student discipline/due process procedures, school security, enrollment of foreign students, student records, and formal internal investigations. Initiatives such as the dropout retrieval/truancy program and court liaison services are coordinated by the department. Additionally, the department is responsible for the issuance of out-of-district transfers and student work permits.
