In compiance with Virginia law and State Board of Education requirements, NPS provides the following information about per-pupil education costs:

• For the 2006-07 school year, the average per-pupil cost to educate each child was $8,500.
• The estimated per-pupil cost for the 2007-08 school year is $9,434.
