Minutes of the School Board Meeting
November 13, 2006

WORK SESSION

The School Board convened a work session at 4:30 p.m. in the Superintendent's Conference Room on the 12thfloor of the School Administration Building, 800 E. City Hall Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia.  Present were Chair Bishop, Vice Chair Rhodes, Mr. Cook, Dr. McCluney, Dr. Tonelson, Dr. Wright, and Clerk Rhodes. Mr. Driggers was absent.

The work session was held to hear a report on facilities and discuss a communications plan.  Presenting were: Vincent Rhodes, Communications Manager and Michael Spencer, Chief Operations Manager.

A Master Facility Plan was presented by MGT of America, Inc.

The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
