Division Goals

The School Board of the City of Norfolk has set one goal for the district:

Improving the Quality of Teaching and Learning for ALL... ALL Means ALL.

As part of our efforts to achieve this goal, we align our work with three key objectives:

To ensure the continuous growth of student academic achievement for ALL... ALL Means ALL.
To ensure that each school provides a safe, secure, and disciplined teaching and learning environment.
To ensure that parents, businesses, and community members are actively engaged in the educational process.
