4)         Brief Update on NPS Strategic Plan and "Journey to World Class by 2010" including
            the contribution of the Target Performance Measures to the journey

5)         Review School Board Assessment Results

6)         Improving and Fine-Tuning

              In what specific ways do we want to develop, improve, fine-tune, or revise our practices
              in the following areas?

            (a)       Year-long calendar structured around presentations related to the Strategic Plan
                         (Target Performance Measures, budget implications, etc.) (What types of meetings do
                         we need in order to accomplish our work?  How often should we meet?)

            (b)       Communication/Engagement with City Council and City Manager

            (c)        Community Engagement/Public Relations/Marketing - revisiting the plan
                         drafted at the January retreat
